The following is the procedure for generating Din for Foreign Director:1/ Log on to mca.gov.in2/ Fill up the DIN form just like how you do for a resident director3/ Take the printout and attach a passport copy of the director which is attested by a notary public of that country.4/ Send the same to DIN cell in Noida.5/ DIN allotment letter will reach you within 15 days.
For obtaining DIN by foreign nationals and NRI they shold submit a copy of the passport signed by the embassy of the country where the applicant is residing
