I have saligramams at home; daily I am reciting nithyaanusanthanam; If any could provide video/audio on how to perform aradhanam for Saligramam, it would be very helpful for beginners like me. Though I am doing aradhanam using Andavan's ashram guide, it is for from satisfying me.

Dear Swamin,
Sri Poundarigapuram Srimad Andavan Ashram has released a DVD on Salagrama
Thiruvaradanam which is complete and useful.I have a copy. It is available in
the Ashram in Thiruneermalai, Srirangam etc.

Reagarding your query. Ladies can offer Prasadam to Salagrama Moorthy in the absence of their husbands. But they should not touch the Perumal,. they can open the Sampudam or box in which the Salagraman is kept and after the Neivedhayam close the box.
